About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As an integral member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support during operative and invasive procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and prepare surgical equipment and supplies for procedures
  • Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery
  • Maintain a sterile environment and ensure proper instrument handling
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth procedure execution
  • Participate in ongoing education and competency activities to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Surgical Technician Certification required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
  • 1 year of Surgical Technician experience preferred
