Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our OB/GYN Clinic team. As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or other provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and injections under the direction of a physician or APP.
  • Collect patient medical histories and obtain detailed information for consultation with providers.
  • Perform basic wound care and dressing changes, and notify patients of normal lab results and provider instructions for follow-up care.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient care.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Practical Nursing or Certificate in Practical Nursing.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in Illinois.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA) within 30 days.
  • 1-3 years of OB/GYN experience.
