Audiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at E.N.T. Specialty Partners - CADENT. As an Audiologist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnostic Evaluations: Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' hearing and balance disorders, utilizing medical imaging and other diagnostic tools to examine the anatomy and physiology of the ear.
- Test Result Interpretation: Interpret test results accurately and provide precise diagnoses to patients and their families.
- Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, including recommending hearing aids or other assistive devices.
- Counseling and Education: Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing loss, communication strategies, and hearing conservation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as otolaryngologists and speech-language pathologists, to coordinate patient care.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with advancements in audiology research and technology.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology or a related field.
- Licensure/Certification: State licensure or certification as an Audiologist.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to the auditory system, proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations using aseptic technique, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience: Experience working with patients of all ages, from infants to older adults.
- Competitive Salary: $85,000.00 per year.
