We are seeking a skilled Urologist to join our team at MD Staff, LLC in Washington state. This locum tenens opportunity offers a unique chance to practice general urology and advanced urologic procedures in a supportive and professional environment.

Opportunity Details

This role is designed to provide temporary coverage for our growing patient needs. The schedule includes a balance of outpatient clinic work and call coverage, with no inpatient rounding required.

  • Week 1: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (clinic only, no call)
  • Week 2: 24-hour call coverage from Monday, 7 AM, to the following Monday, 7 AM

The practice setting is outpatient-focused, with an Epic EMR system in place. As a Urologist, you will be responsible for diagnostic workups, laparoscopic surgeries, endoscopic techniques, nephrectomies, prostatectomies, and more.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be board-certified or board-eligible within the first 5 years of training. You will also need a valid Washington State medical license or eligibility through IMLC, as well as BLS and ACLS certifications. Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90-120 days.

Scope of Practice

Your scope of practice will include general urology and advanced urologic procedures. You will work closely with support staff, including RNs, MAs, PAs/NPs, and office personnel, to ensure seamless clinic operations. Housing and travel expenses will require pre-approval.
