At Mass General Brigham, we are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as an Outpatient Lymphedema Therapist. This is a unique opportunity to work with patients who have been diagnosed with oncology-related lymphedema.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide expert care to patients with lymphedema. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with patients with complex conditions.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients with lymphedema
  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting patient outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
  • Completed certification in lymphedema training (LANA not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Mass General Brigham offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
