International Logistics Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the sales order workflow from initiation to invoicing, utilizing SAP status reports to ensure compliance with corporate shipping protocols.

Guarantee that sales orders are processed within stipulated timelines, keeping both customers and the sales team updated on delivery schedules and any modifications.

Collaborate with Sales and Technical Support to ensure that all shipments meet customer expectations. Work closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Support teams to facilitate timely order dispatch. Ensure that the sales team generates quotations for every order processed. Aid in the swift resolution of customer inquiries and credit notes to support the cash collection process.

Confirm that all Sales Representatives and/or customers receive order confirmations, with all details meticulously verified to reduce invoicing errors.

Assist in addressing customer complaints and warranty issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure timely and efficient invoicing for subscriptions. Verify that all communicated information, whether written or verbal, is accurate and authorized. Maintain compliance with the company's quality management system. Organize a comprehensive filing system within SAP, including the archiving and disposal of outdated records in line with company policy.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Team Leader or Operations Manager.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients. Proficient in utilizing SD, MM, and Supply Chain SAP modules (R/3 or HANA). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong PC proficiency, including MS Office. Ability to work independently with confidence. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail. Capacity to perform under pressure and adapt to the evolving needs of the business.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
