Job Title: Cloud Network Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Network Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a Cloud Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based network infrastructure for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based network infrastructure using Cisco L2/L3 BGP config, Palo Alto tools, VMware NSX-T/AVI, and F5.
  • Engineer network solutions to meet the needs of our clients, including WAN, interconnects, IPSec, MPLS, WAF, Global DNS, Load Balance, and web NAT.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer-related issues.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud networking technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in IT and 3-5 years of experience managing engineering teams.
  • Proven expertise in cloud network engineering and security, with hands-on experience in Azure, OCI, AWS, and GCP.
  • Extensive knowledge of hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments, with successful implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and experience in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills, with a track record of leading and guiding teams.
