Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Home Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team at Penn Medicine. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective patient care through the application of the nursing process
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of care across the continuum
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, safety, and age-appropriate considerations
  • Seek feedback and provide feedback for improved clinical practice
Requirements
  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of nursing
  • 15+ months of relevant professional nursing experience
  • Pennsylvania (or New Jersey) RN licensure
  • BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association
  • Have a car, valid driver's license, and car insurance
