Nutrition Therapist Position

Neighborhood Service Organization is looking for an experienced Nutrition Therapist to join our team.

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Job Overview:

This position involves providing nutrition care to various clients enrolled in our integrated behavioral health clinics and emergency shelter program. The successful candidate will perform nutrition assessments, develop care plans, and provide recommendations for nutrition intervention.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical nutrition expertise through assessments and documentation.
  • Implement medical nutritional therapy interventions based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Routinely inspect food service areas for compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, related field, or Registered Nurse with State of Michigan Licensure, 2+ years of clinical experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
