Responsibilities- Collaborate with product teams to determine user requirements and drive the development of Windows updates
- Apply metrics to drive the quality and stability of code, as well as appropriate coding patterns and best practices
- Review code to ensure it meets Microsoft's quality standards and is reliable and accurate
- Communicate across teams and resolve conflicts between teams
- Independently create a clear and articulated plan for testing and assuring quality of solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- System design and development skills along with coding skills in C/C++/C#
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks competently
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- AI/ML solution development experience
