This role will be responsible for leading the sales team at our flagship store in Atlanta to drive sales growth and exceed targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Built and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
  • At least ten years of jewelry experience with five years of prior management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000, plus a bonus structure based on performance. We offer competitive benefits including 80 hours PTO per year and comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
