Conductor in Training

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conductor in Training to join our team at Keolis North America LLC. As a Conductor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our commuter rail network.

• Assist the Conductor with oversight of all on-train employees in service delivery
• Ensure all revenue documents are collected and verified in accordance with designated tariffs
• Assist the Conductor in the movement of trains by adhering to applicable operation rules and practices
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and crew members
• Assist in boarding and detraining passengers, baggage, express shipments, and mail

• College degree or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and training
• Preferred experience in a customer service role that involves problem resolution
• Proven ability to successfully complete a rigorous training program to uphold necessary qualifications as it relates to FRA regulations
• Demonstrated experience working in a safety-sensitive environment

• Physically moves between and around train cars manipulating and lifting heavy air hoses and electrical cables
• Ability to work in all weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow
