Tufts Medicine is a leading integrated health system bringing together the best of academic and community healthcare. We are seeking a highly skilled Division Chief of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to join our team of experts in providing exceptional care to children and adolescents.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Tufts Medical Center and across the Tufts Medicine health care system. This includes providing strategic and clinical leadership, as well as clinical outpatient treatment. The anticipated schedule will include 40% time providing leadership and 60% time providing clinical services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to service delivery, including strategies to promote patient access to care for the child and adolescent population.
  • Provide oversight of the Child & Adolescent Outpatient clinics, including ADHD, McPAP, Pediatric Mood & Anxiety, Developmental Trauma, Psychotherapy, General Child & Adolescent, and Pediatric Medicine at TMC.
  • Lead and mentor Tuft's 6 Fellows in our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship and participate in the Triple Board training program.
  • Ensure performance of child and adolescent staff adheres to established standards of care, practice, policies, procedures, and protocols.

**Salary Range**

$250,000 - $400,000 per year, commensurate with training and practice experience.
