Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register patients, providing essential appointment information
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including legal and insurance representatives
  • Process co-payments and assist with insurance verification
  • Deliver pertinent information to patients following their appointments
  • Address inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and team members

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in customer service

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs
