About the Job:

The Buffet Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the quality and presentation of our hot buffet offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and cooking of hot food products, including grilling and frying.
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Inventory management, including ordering and stocking of supplies.
  • Assistance with opening and closing administrative procedures, including conducting inventory checks.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a culinary role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
