ABA Therapist

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapists to join our team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child.

• Implement ABA therapy programs for children with autism, focusing on behavioral management, daily living skills, social skills, and community integration.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and update treatment plans, ensuring that each child receives the most effective and efficient care.
• Provide direct treatment and support to children, using evidence-based ABA techniques and strategies.
• Document progress and outcomes, using standardized assessment tools and reporting procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education) preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• 6 months of ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
