Carewatch of Michigan is currently on the lookout for reliable and enthusiastic Care Leads to enhance our team. We seek individuals with excellent customer service skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a genuine passion for assisting seniors or individuals with disabilities in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities: Duties will include covering open shifts, managing timesheets, delivering supplies to clients, conducting supervisor visits, providing companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, running errands, grocery shopping, laundry, engaging in recreational activities, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, Alzheimer's care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and facilitating off-site orientations.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willingness to travel up to 1 hour from Benton Harbor
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in senior care is necessary, whether professional or familial
  • References that can be verified are required
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that involve kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching, carrying, or stooping
