Job Description

As a Digital Product Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success by developing and delivering innovative digital products that meet the needs of our customers.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and writers, to understand business goals and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of product vision and requirements.
  • Participate in design and concept reviews to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with designers to translate requirements into wireframes and visual design.
  • Work with writers to deliver compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, story writing sessions, and UAT to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Contribute to team demos and feedback/testing sessions to gather insights and improve product quality.
  • Monitor key metrics and report on project successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Agile Product Owner certifications or UX certifications are a plus.
  • Extensive experience successfully delivering complex digital projects (Web, Mobile App, Push notification, and email).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at handling difficult situations with flexibility and grace.
  • Team player with a passion for growth and learning.
  • Experience in metric tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Dedication to customer service and the flexibility to meet the demands of assigned projects.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on local market conditions.
