EHS Custodian

Maternity Care Coalition is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EHS Custodian to join our team. As an EHS Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff, clients, and visitors. This is a 24-hour per week position, split between our Norristown and Pottstown Sites, with occasional travel to our South Philadelphia location.

• Clean and maintain the interior of the building, including hallways, floors, and restrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop the Socialization Room, hallways, and offices.
• Shampoo carpets as needed and strip and wax floors as needed.
• Dust, polish, and wax furniture and fixtures.
• Collect trash, wastepaper, and scrap for disposal.
• Wash windows and hang curtains and blinds as necessary.

• High School Diploma at minimum.
• 1-3 years of janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 or more pounds required.
• Basic ability to troubleshoot and support maintenance issues preferred.

• Three (3) weeks paid vacation, plus One (1) week paid Winter Break.
