Job OpportunityJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Loyola University Health System. As a Senior Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, planning and implementing effective Physical Therapy programs, and providing patient education and consultation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized Physical Therapy plans to improve their functional abilities and quality of life.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-management.
  • Supervise and delegate patient care to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Master's preferred.
  • Current IL state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
