You'll welcome patients to our Pharmacy and assist them in picking up their pharmacy orders. Your customer-focused approach will help create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Whether it's answering questions or simply being an empathetic listener, your role is vital in making our patients feel valued and cared for.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with picking up their pharmacy orders
  • Welcome patients to our Pharmacy and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with our team members to ensure seamless operations

What You Bring:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
