Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Metro Diner. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing friendly and responsive service to our guests, ensuring that they feel at home and comfortable during their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
  • Prepare and present guests' checks, accept payment, and process credit card transactions
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and vendor partners
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the diner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure 100% guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of menu items, special events, and Metro Diner gear
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the diner
