Curative is a leading specialty hospital providing comprehensive women's health services, including Labor & Delivery, OB/GYN, and Women's Oncology. Our state-of-the-art facilities feature 12 OR suites, 4 Da Vinci robots, a 12-bed ICU, one vault, and 20 infusion chairs.
Schedule and Work Environment
This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with a half-day on Fridays. The clinical responsibilities include two clinic days per week, supported by three exam rooms, two medical assistants, and potentially a PA for scribing and OR assistance. A shared 1:3 rotation call with OBs manages triage to reduce disruptions.
Earning Potential and Benefits
The compensation package includes earning potential of $700,000+ once fully ramped. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment. Curative offers comprehensive benefits such as PTO, CME allowance, and a robust retirement plan with employer match. You will also be eligible for additional bonuses for quality care and APP supervision.
