About the Role

As a Sewing Operator at Williams-Sonoma, you will play a crucial role in the manufacture of high-quality upholstered furniture. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a sewing machine to join and reinforce fabric pieces according to quality specifications and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Meet productivity requirements and maintain a high level of quality in your work.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of top stitch sewing experience in production of upper-end upholstered furniture.
  • Ability to lift bags weighing 25-50 pounds and stand for 10-hour periods.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
