Position Overview
The Team Member will be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to Planet Fitness members, potential members, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members, visitors, and potential members with exceptional customer service.
- Perform front desk responsibilities, including answering inquiries, checking in members, and conducting tours.
- Update member accounts as necessary and respond to member questions promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized facility.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A genuine interest in fitness and wellness.
- A positive attitude and reliability are crucial.
- Effective communication skills and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.
