Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality event experiences.
  • Work closely with the props and decorations team to create visually stunning activation areas.
  • Take direction from the lead to ensure that all assets are placed in accordance with the creative vision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Memoir Agency LLC's high standards.
  • Pack and palletize assets for assigned activations during load-out, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Participate in pre-shift and post-shift meetings to discuss work goals and accomplishments.
  • Utilize knowledge of assigned activations to actively contribute to tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodations made for individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate issues as needed.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently during set-up and load-out, including the loading and unloading of event trucks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation

Starting rate: $18/hour, with opportunities for higher rates based on experience. Approximately 40 hours per week during install and strike periods, with weekly payments.
