Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery Operations: Safely operate a boom truck to deliver products to customers, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Treat customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Logistics and Inventory: Conduct a thorough load check on your truck before leaving the branch, ensuring that all delivery materials are firmly secured and all parts of your truck are in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document every step of each delivery by taking and uploading photos with our camera phone system, and complete all required government paperwork in a precise and timely manner.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist with warehouse work, including loading and unloading of materials on to or off of trucks or into warehouse as assigned.
Requirements
  • Valid CDL: Possess a valid Class A or B CDL license.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift pounds repeatedly, with frequent lifting of 70-pound bundles of shingles.
  • Work Environment: Ability and willingness to work on rooftops, and in various weather conditions.
  • Education and Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in conveyor, straight, box, flatbed, and/or knuckle boom truck operation.
