As a vital member of our team, you will conduct assessments, implement treatment strategies, and create personalized therapy plans aimed at enhancing speech and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Developing tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conducting screenings to identify speech-related issues.
- Providing education to patients and their families regarding speech disorders and their implications.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Communicating updates to relevant stakeholders, including family members and educational staff.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure or certification.
- Preferred experience with specific age groups or conditions.
- In-depth knowledge of speech-related disorders and therapeutic techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using healthcare software and databases.
- Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) with a caring approach.
