Tire Technician Job Description

At Discount Tire, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install new tires and wheels on a variety of vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including tire rotations, balancing, and repairs
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as automotive repair or tire installation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
