We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Spa Associate to join our team at Hand & Stone - Wichita. As a critical link in ensuring our customers' experience is outstanding, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, welcoming and greeting members and guests, and promoting the benefits of massage therapy.

• Provide top-notch customer service to members and guests
• Welcome and greet members and guests upon arrival
• Sell the Membership Lifestyle Program
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell gift cards and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Work collaboratively as a team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned
