We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Telemetry unit at Research Medical Center. As a Cardiac Tele RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patients with acute changes in their condition, including heart rhythm and ECG interpretation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current state of Missouri RN licensure.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- BLS certification required at hire and maintained.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months.
- Previous clinical experience preferred.
