Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Consistently deliver excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing drinks efficiently, and building rapport with clientele.
  • Drink Preparation: Create authentic, custom guest experiences through a high level of attention to detail and service.
  • Order Management: Enter orders to the POS system correctly and process payments.
  • Financial Management: Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accurate and accounted for at the end of the shift.
  • Patron Safety: Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels, respond appropriately, and alert management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Two or more years working in the food service industry required. Two or more years of cocktail-heavy bartending experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Must obtain food handler's certificate and RABS (within first 30 days of employment).
