Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Class A Semi Truck Driver to join our team at ATG Recruiting. As an OTR Dry Van Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia Automatic Fully Loaded 53' Dry Van
  • Haul 100% no-touch dry van freight
  • Run primarily east of I-35, but can run all 48 states
  • Home every other weekend for 48-hour reset
  • 1 day off for every week out (7 weeks out = 7 days off)
Driver Benefits:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days
  • 401(k) plan with 4% match after 6 months
Driver Pay:
  • $0.50 cpm for 3-5 months of experience
  • $0.51 cpm for 6-11 months of experience
  • $0.52 cpm for 1-2 years of experience
  • $0.54 cpm for 2+ years of experience
  • Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours
  • Layover pay/breakdown pay: $100 per day (excluding Sundays)
Driver Requirements:
  • Class A CDL license
  • Current DOT medical card
  • 3 months of experience in the last 3 years
