Job Summary

Eureka & The Brook is seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel, linen rooms, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms, linen rooms, and public areas, including stairwells, elevators, and pool areas.
  • Empty trash and recyclables from guest rooms and public areas.
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
  • Restock linen and cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Participate in deep cleaning projects and special events.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
