Overview:
This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a progressive care unit setting. The travel nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a stepdown/PCU environment.
2. Conduct thorough assessments and monitor vital signs.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Experience in a progressive care or stepdown unit preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
