  • Temperature and Humidity Control: Monitor cooking completion times and set heat and humidity temperatures for proof box.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 6-12 months retail experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills and Abilities: Thorough product knowledge, basic math skills, and ability to use point of sale electronic systems.
