We are seeking a skilled Beverage Service Specialist to join our team at Oak View Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.

• Service and Sales: Take and process orders for drinks, mix and present drinks using standard recipes, and practice prudent portion control.
• Bar Operations: Set up assigned bars, requisition and stock all beverage products, and maintain stock levels to ensure product quality.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained, and escalate to management or security when needed.
• Closing Duties: Lock up and store all beverage products, food, equipment items, and perform all closing duties at the end of shift.
• General Cleaning: Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards and keep work areas clean and organized.

• Experience: Six months or more experience bartending in high-volume environments.
• Skills: Ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through POS systems, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours.
• Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws, beer, wine, and spirits available, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
