Residential Coordinator

CCRI, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Residential Coordinator to join our Supported Living Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing client-centered services and supporting individuals with disabilities to live more independently.

The Residential Coordinator will oversee and provide team member supervision, training, support, leadership, employee relationship building, caseload coordination, quality assurance, and program development. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, as well as the ability to maintain neat and accurate records.

• Supervise and support team members to ensure high-quality client services
• Develop and implement program plans to meet client needs and goals
• Coordinate caseloads and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services, education, or health
• One year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or older adults
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain neat and accurate records
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
