Job Title: Synthetic Sling Fabrication Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and maintain synthetic slings and related assemblies
  • Operate the Roundsling Machinery
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager on production schedules
  • Ensure a safe work environment while adhering to quality benchmarks
  • Send test samples of produced items to the Production Manager
  • Carry out additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Maintain a tidy and secure workspace
  • Meet production goals and timelines efficiently and safely
  • Capable of standing, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Successfully complete pre-employment assessments
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
