- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance psychiatric services.
- Supervise and guide the work of other staff members, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in psychiatric care, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and services.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in psychiatry or a related field.
