Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and population-specific needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, integrating direct and indirect patient care activities.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients and their designated care partners to meet educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
- Utilize effective communication practices, minimizing risks associated with handoffs and transitions in care.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Current BLS certificate.
- ACLS certification (or obtained within six months of employment).
- One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
