Certified Nurse Aide CNA Hospice Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team at Falcon Healthcare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises to promote patient mobility and comfort.
- Monitor and report patient condition to supervisors, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments to care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Administer non-medicated enemas, dressings, and other treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Must be 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant course and certification as required by the state.
- 1 year of experience in a comparable role or as required by the contracted facility.
- Home care or hospice experience preferred.
- Proof of Covid vaccine, medical exemption, or religious exemption.
