Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Financial Sector.
- At least 5 years of expertise in Asset Servicing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Custody Accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, execute, and analyze automated testing scripts and results.
- Conduct activities ensuring that application/system products meet established quality standards.
- Provide comprehensive consulting and leadership to team members and partners at a high technical level.
- Manage large-scale, cross-functional, and technically challenging activities.
- Estimate testing efforts accurately and coordinate with team members for task assignments.
- Develop and implement automated testing capabilities.
- Engage in product design to ensure comprehensive test coverage meets end-user requirements.
- Document test results and verify software bug fixes against automation criteria.
- Lead automation efforts and influence the direction and prioritization of testing schedules.
- Mentor team members and demonstrate hands-on technical skills.
- Design and build automated testing frameworks using tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, and UFT.
- Understand and develop customized testing tools as required by the applications under test.
- Possess strong analytical skills to comprehend complex business logic and calculations.
- Experience in designing automated test scripts for ETL/ELT solutions across multiple processing pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes in a distributed environment.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Exhibit strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in writing automated scripts using languages such as SQL and VB Script.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is advantageous.
