CSSI Seeks Experienced Systems Administrator

CSSI, a leading provider of transportation and mobility solutions, is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to install, configure, and maintain our local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems.
  • Review system and application logs to ensure completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups.
  • Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access.
  • Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses.
  • Collaborate with network and data communications teams to model, analyze, plan, and coordinate network and data communications hardware and software.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with computer programming and implementing operating systems and network devices security configuration in accordance with DISA-approved Security Technical Implementation Guides.
  • Proficiency in performing penetration tests and vulnerability assessments using DoD information system security tools such as SCAP Compliance Checker and ACAS.
  • Experience with PowerShell, Remote Access, and TCP/IP.
  • Ability to correct flaws and implement technical controls in the hardware or software installed within a computing environment.
  • Experience managing DoD Host-Based-Security Systems (HBSS).
  • Working knowledge of the DOD Information Assurance Vulnerability Management Program (IAVMP).
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green card holder.

  • Bachelor of Science in Sys Admin/Networking, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
