Join Our Team as an Orthopedic Nurse Navigator

Munson Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Orthopedic Nurse Navigator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the continuity of care for our patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the care of orthopedic surgical patients to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Provide resources, education, and assistance to patients and caregivers to help them navigate the healthcare system.
  • Facilitate patient appointments and coordinate diagnostic services and clearances as needed.

Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in nursing preferred.
  • Five years' experience as an RN preferred.
  • High-level understanding of complex chronic disease management.
