Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe working environment and uphold company policies.
  • Foster a productive team atmosphere with a positive culture.
  • Direct the installation of water and sewer mains, services, and connections.
  • Oversee the installation of stormwater drainage systems.
  • Manage the installation of sanitary sewer pump stations.
  • Lead earthmoving and grading operations for commercial site development.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Basic understanding of mathematics, including elevation calculations and slope percentages.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Dependable and trustworthy, possessing a valid driver's license.
  • A minimum of four years' experience in storm drain installation.
  • At least four years' experience in grading and earthmoving operations.
  • Familiarity with trench shoring techniques.
