Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Arundel Mills Outlet in Hanover, MD. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and developing expertise in our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
  • Sales
    • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop comprehensive expertise and knowledge of our products.
  • Merchandising
    • Merchandise product in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • Store Operations
    • Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment.
    • Monitor merchandise to ensure accurate ticketing and proper display.
  • Security and Loss Prevention
    • Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
    • Support the store with any additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience
    • Strong selling skills and experience, particularly in luxury retail.
  • Customer Service
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Schedule
    • Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
