About the Role

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinician to join our Crisis Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing clinical leadership and support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and/or Behavioral Health diagnoses who are experiencing a crisis situation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical recommendations and training to participating providers to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Serve as a member of the Crisis Support Team, working collaboratively with project stakeholders to establish and maintain effective relationships.
  • Assist in providing information to the Crisis Support Team, facilitating referrals quickly to prevent escalation of crisis situations.
  • Establish and maintain record keeping functions, integrating with Summit's Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other applicable data systems.
  • Complete necessary documentation to facilitate reimbursement through primary funding sources.
  • Develop and implement safety plans as appropriate, ensuring the health and safety of all individuals.
  • Report any suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation to supervisor or department head.
  • Provide communication regarding consumer, home, or work-related needs to supervisor.
  • Maintain good attendance and comply with all standards to ensure the health and safety of all individuals.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Current licensure as LMSW/LCSW or LPC.
  • Meet criteria to maintain license.
  • CPR/Basic First Aid and CPI with ongoing recertification.
  • Experience providing case management services to individuals with IDD and/or Behavioral Health diagnoses.
  • Must be computer literate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with individuals who have IDD and Behavioral Health diagnoses and are experiencing a crisis situation.
  • Working knowledge of the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) service system.
