Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced financial modeling analyst to support deal flow and develop a skill set that is second to none. The successful candidate will create and manage financial models for acquisitions, financing, construction draws, new lease analysis, and investor reporting utilizing both Argus and Excel models.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist and manage due diligence process of potential new acquisitions including site visits, market research, and lease analysis.
- Create investment committee memos and offering books.
- Create and manage corporate and portfolio models detailing available cash and distributions.
- Manage disposition processes, including financial information, due diligence and offering materials.
- Oversee required monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to investors and lenders.
