We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver for Seniors to provide support and companionship to elderly individuals in their homes. Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

About the Position

This role requires a compassionate and experienced caregiver who can provide individualized support to meet the unique needs of each client. Responsibilities may include bathing/showering assistance, dressing assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, med reminders, and companionship.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Personalized Care Plans: Create and implement personalized care plans that cater to the specific needs of each client.
  • Provide Companionship: Engage clients in social activities, provide emotional support, and help them maintain independence.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and current state license
  • A safe driving record with reliable transportation and car insurance
  • The ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
